What types of dog jackets do you make?
We specialize in the design and production of softshell, rain and winter jackets. We are currently also working intensively on the development of bathrobes.
For which occasions are softshell jackets suitable?
Softshell jackets are versatile all-rounders and ideal for the transitional period. They provide warmth and keep your fur nose dry even in a rain shower.
Do you also make bespoke jackets and how much do they cost?
Yes, we offer bespoke service, which we call Custom Fit Service. The production is based on our standard sizes. We customize the default pattern. The cost varies depending on the cost of the customizations. The current fitting costs for our S, M and L packages can be viewed on our website under the heading "Fit Service" and are charged in addition to the price of the standard jacket.
What is special about your rain jackets?
Our rain jackets beautifully sculpt your dog's silhouette, avoiding the tent or poncho look. They adapt perfectly to the body shape of your dog thanks to their light lining. They also have a leash ring for small sizes so no additional collar or harness is required. The fabric is both waterproof (water column 10,000 mm) and breathable.
Why do your dog jackets have a belt closure?
The jacket can be closed effortlessly with a click with a belt fastener, which does not make the jacket additionally stiff compared to the Velcro fastener. Two reflective seams in the harness ensure good visibility. Another advantage compared to the Velcro fastener is that the strap can be flexibly adjusted and always sits securely, regardless of the size of the dog. In addition, in comparison to the Velcro fastener, no dirt particles or grass seeds get stuck and therefore do not have to be cleaned.
How does the made-to-measure production or the tailor-made service work?
Within a radius of +/- 35 km around Aschaffenburg we can come directly to you and take your measurements. Or we will send you the selected standard jacket with a made-to-measure kit. Then we do a short video conference and guide you to take your dog's measurements. Then you pack the jacket up again and send it back to us (return label including postage included). We then sew the jacket and send it off to you.
Do you surely produce all dog jackets in Germany?
Yes, we produce all dog jackets in a factory in Germany and it will stay that way!
Why do you produce in Germany and not, for example, in China like many other (well-known) dog jacket brands?
On the one hand, we are much more sustainable and environmentally friendly due to the shorter distances. We are much more flexible because we can be direct and on-site (without having to be on a plane for 10 hours), for example for ad hoc adjustments or when launching a new collection. We know the fair working conditions that are subject to German labor law and think it's great.
How can I pay in your online shop?
The easiest way is to pay with a major credit card (e.g. Visa, Mastercard) or PayPal. Or you can take a trip to Aschaffenburg and pick up the dog jackets from our shop and pay directly. You can also transfer the money directly to us and we will send you the goods.
